Spinach & Onion Hot Dip


Recipe:
¾ cup (185ml) Sour Cream
¼ cup (65ml) Mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp (9g) Spinach & Onion Dip Mix
¼ cup (65ml) Finely Chopped Onion
1/8 cup (30ml) Sundried Tomato Finely Chopped
¼ cup (65ml) Frozen, Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
1 clove garlic minced

Mix all ingredients together and top with grated cheese. Place in ovenproof dish and bake at 350° (176°C) for 30 minutes until top is set.
Serves 6-8.
